NE Scientific is the recipient of several awards:

• In August 2014 the company has been the recipient of a $220K SBIR Phase I grant from the National Cancer Institute to prototype guidance technologies for guidance of RF liver cancer abaltion.
• In September 2017 the company has been the recipient of a $1.4M SBIR Phase II grant from the National Cancer Institute to fully develop guidance technologies for guidance of RF liver cancer abaltion.
• In June 2019 the company has been the recipient of the Jhonson & Jhonson Lung Cancer Innovation Quick Fire Challange award. This prize consists in $250K in cash and in access to the JLABS incubation program. NES is associated with JLABS @ Shanghai, the the funds are directed at the development of guidance tools for the thermal abaltion of lung cancer.
• In October 2019 the company has been admitted to the NIH Commercialization Acceleration Program.
