We are happy to report that we are the first company to access the Center for Surgical Innovation (CSI) at Dartmouth College. The CSI is currently the only surgical center in the world to offer intra-operative MRI and CT imaging for human and animal research.

The center, funded by NIH, by the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, by the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and by the Thayer School of  Engineering at Dartmouth has cost $20 million to build and has become operational in 2014.

Access to this center, and to the unique capabilities offered, will allow us to validate the functionality of an intra-operative guidance platform for Radio Frequency Ablation we are developing. For more information on this project, please read the following page: Radio Frequency Ablation Guidance

We share below a video from the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center that illustrates the operation of MRI / CT intra-operative imaging: rails on the ceiling of the operating room allow bringing over the operating bed the MRI or CT scanner.
